Our supplements range was specially selected by nutritionist Charlotte Faure Green...

'Simply put, the collection here at Tend are the products that I love to have in my clinic arsenal, and feel happy recommending for clients based on the quality and efficacy. Most I have taken myself at some point, or take on the regular. I know that they work. Supplements are meant to plug a gap where we may not be getting what we need from our food. I will always adopt a food-first approach, but as a realist recognise that in our busy lives we may need a helping hand to tend to our needs.'
